Data We Collect
- Account and billing details such as name, email, phone, and country.
- Event details such as names, event dates, venue, maps link, dress code, photos, music, and messages.
- Guest data submitted through RSVP and wishes forms.
- Technical data such as page path, referrer, user agent, and basic analytics events.
How We Use Data
We use data to create invitations, process payments, provide support, prevent abuse, improve templates, and show RSVP or message information to the invitation owner.
Storage and Security
Application data is stored in Supabase Postgres and uploaded media is hosted on Cloudinary. We use role-based access policies and server-side keys for protected operations.
Third-Party Services
We use Razorpay for payments, Supabase for database records, Firebase for authentication, Cloudinary for media hosting, Brevo for transactional email, Google Maps for venue embeds and links, and WhatsApp share links when users choose to share through WhatsApp.
Cookies
We may use necessary cookies or local storage for authentication, dashboard sessions, preferences, and security. Third-party services may set their own cookies when embedded or opened.
Your Rights
You may request correction, export, or deletion of your account and invitation data by contacting support. We may retain transaction records where required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or dispute purposes.
